A strong core benefits every aspect of your life. These three exercises can help you build strength and flexibility. Do while watching television, as quick break from working on your computer, making a meal or doing things around the house. Do each exercise for 45 seconds, resting for 15 seconds in between. Do more than one round for a tougher workout.
