Hey I’m Jake of Body by Jake and here is your fitness tip of the day.
We’ve got a great exercise for the tri-mens, the old triceps – it’s called alternating tricep kick outs. Ayesha and Michelle show us how we do it.
Remember, we’re gonna bend slightly, knees are bent, lean forward then we use in some weights, two cans of Mama’s tomato paste, whatever you have.
Come on, jump on in, the water’s warm! Here we go!
We’re gonna alternate left arm up and down, right arm up and out there you go. Working the triceps, the back of the arms, firm and tone. These exercises are beautiful for you!
Take it at your own pace, well done Ayesha and Michelle! Let’s do it! Keep those reps coming! You can do it too! It’s simple, it’s fun, try it! Keep it going, take it at your own pace, breathe normally.
