Hey I’m Jake of Body by Jake and here is your fitness tip of the day.
I’ve got a great one for the upper body, pecs and arms, the office chair push-up.
Nick right here is gonna show us how we do it. Come on! Just a regular office chair. You don’t have to worry that you didn’t get the workout in, didn’t do it in the morning.
Take a break! You want to get the body going again. Here’s how to do it. Make sure the chair is stationary, you don’t want to move around.
Get a partner to hold it like I am for Nick. There you go, body tight, back flat, stomach nice and tight, squeeze that buttisimo. Let’s bring it down. Here we go into that push-up position and right back up.
Notice we’re not gonna lock out, don’t want to lock the elbows out. We’re gonna bring it right back down.
Never want to hyper-extend the elbows as you’re coming up. You’re bringing right back down. Stomach tight, squeeze that buttisimo, back is flat.
It’s a great chest exercise, relieve the stress for a couple of minutes during the day working at the office. You’re doing great!
“Remember, stick to the fight when you’re hardest hit. It’s when things seem worst that you must not quit! Don’t quit! Have a great day!”
