Taylor and Nick are on vacation and you know the only thing they are thinking about is working their trimens – the old triceps! So I stepped into help them.
Nick, Taylor – it’s tricep extension behind the head with a bath towel, or a beach towel.
Here we go. Hand up Taylor, stomach nice and tight, knees are bent slightly, feet shoulder width apart.
Nick, nice and easy, just pull down. I know you guys had a fun afternoon, so don’t pull too hard! And we go up and down. Nice and easy. Let’s go for some simple repetitions. Great to work the triceps. Great workin’ the triceps. Stomach nice and tight, as well as, Nick, you’re working your arms as well.
Keep your stomach nice and tight. Take it at your own pace, ease into.
