Hey I’m Jake of Body by Jake and I’ve got a great fitness tip for you today.
It’s a towel couple pull and here’s how you do it. I’m gonna say hi to Nick and Taylor and they’re on holiday. But they said “we’ll show you how we do our towel couple pull Jake!”
So here’s how it goes, legs are crossed nice and easy, stomach is tight, your backs are flat, breathing normally, relaxing. We’re gonna pull and reach! We’re gonna pull all the way in and reach all the way out. Nice!
This is a great exercise for your upper back and the rear delts, it will relieve stress and tension and look at this! You’re using a towel and you’re together.
