Hey I’m Jake of Body by Jake and I’ve got a great fitness tip for you today.
Goodness! I just walked in on Nick and Taylor. They’re on holiday. They’re in the hotel room but I saw them on the way to the pool with a bath towel and I said “wait a second! Time out! Let’s do some bicep curls with the towel!”
Nick, Taylor let’s show you how we do it. It’s a simple one, and it’s really fun to do. Nick is gonna be down on the ground you’re gonna pull down gently, and your beautiful wife Taylor is gonna bring it right back up and right back down.
Look how nice and easy this exercise is! A great one for the biceps! Feet are shoulder-width apart, breathing normally, stomach nice and tight, squeezing the buttisimo.
Taylor is working her bi-mens, but look at Nick! Abs are engaged – the old Abba dabbas – as well as working the biceps and the tricepsand the forearms.
Take it at your own pace, ease into it. Have some fun. You can go to the pool in a few minutes.
