Hey I’m Jake of Body by Jake and here’s you a fitness tip of the day – a little broomstick squat with a calf raise.
How about that one for you? We’re gonna use a broomstick – come on Julie let’s show them how we do it! We’re gonna double our pressure on this one!
We’re gonna squat down and as we’re squatting down we’re coming up and going into a calf raise. Perfect form: feet the shoulder width apart, stomach nice and tight we’re smiling.
Squat down, squeeze on up to a calf raise. Inner thighs, outer thighs, buttisimo and calves all in one simple motion. And look at the way we’re doing it it’s fun you can do this try it right now if you don’t have a broomstick just keep your hands like this (shows hands at shoulder height, palms forward in loose fists).Come on down and up and bring it on top. Perfect – couple more rep.
Don’t quit.Have a great day!
“Like we always say, stick to the fight when you’re hardest hit, it’s when things seem worst that you must not quit. That’s right! Don’t quit! Have a great day!”
