We’ve got a beauty for you – it’s called the small twist. I’ve got Amy from New Jersey (even though we’re in Arizona) and Kelvin from Alaska (even though we’re in Arizona)!
So here’s what we’re gonna do – small twist. Feet are shoulder-width apart, knees are bent slightly, we’re gonna relax.
Elbows up, palms facing each other. We’re looking at a small twist to the right and over to the left. Small twist to the right and over to the left. It’s very important.
We’re squeezing that buttisimo, abba dabbas are nice and tight, breathing normally, thinking great positive thoughts.
It’s gonna be an unbelievable day!
Let’s go for 10 1 & 2…come on, aim! Here we go: 3 Kelvin, 4 nice, 5 & 6 come on 7, you can do this! Nice and easy – feel great – get that waist moving in the
morning. 9 and perfect! A simple exercise to get the day started.
