Upper Body Exercise – Shopping Bag Side Lateral for your Shoulders
Hey I’m Jake of Body by Jake and here is your fitness tip of the day.
We’ve checked out of the market, we have our shopping bags, we’re feeling a little stressed out. Armani was telling me “I feel a little shoulder stress, my traps are stressed, my neck is.” I’ve got an exercise for you: side laterals with our shopping bags.
Here we go!
This is what we’re gonna do, feet of shoulder width apart, bags are in front. We’re gonna raise the bags up and bring it back down. Elbows bent slightly, bring them up and down. Perfect form!
Her knees are bent, squeezing that buttisimo as tight as you can. Stomach is tight and look at that smile!
That’s a million bucks and there’s no stress and she’s feeling great and you will too!
