Upper Body Exercise – Shopping Bag Alternating Bicep Curl
Hey I’m Jake of Body by Jake and here’s your fitness tip of the day.
Armani and Jay, about ready to check out. I see they have their shopping bags. I’m thinking shopping bags with a bicep alternating curl and we’ll throw a smile in. How about let’s do it! Let’s work the biceps. Here we go guys!
Knees a bent, feet shoulder width, apart stomach is nice and tight, squeeze that buttisimo as we always do.
We’re gonna take the left hand up, we’re gonna bring it down and bring the right hand back up.
Great exercise for the biceps and we’re going to throw that smile in, because you want to smile.
Breathe normally, take it at your own pace. It’s a nice bicep curl, as if you had two five pounds or two-and-a-half pound dumbbells in your hand.
Whatever it might be. But you have your shopping bags! Take it at your own pace.
