Hey, I’m Jake of Body by Jake and we’ve got an Energizer for you today. It’s about sexy shoulders. I’ve got Q and I’ve got Andy here and we are ready to go! Two cans of Momma’s tomato paste, some weights. I’m not going to use the weights. We’re gonna jump in together.
Here we go, shoulder presses first. Come on Q here we go! Feet shoulder-width apart, stomach nice and tight, and we start pressing on the shoulders, shoulder press.
Look at the way we do this exercise, right? We’ll bring it right down, and up, good. And we’re pressing. Good, a little bit smoother. Nice! Stomach tight, and pulse. Now, ready and go! Good! And down, Perfect form. There we go.
Remember, keep your body tight, stomach nice and tight, no pressure on that lower back because you’re keeping your knees bent slightly. Squeeze that buttisimo. Breathe normally, think great thoughts – sexy shoulders.
And there’s our first exercise. Now we’ll do a side lateral. Side laterals are going to come like this, right? We’ve been fold just a little bit but then their elbows. We’re going to bring it up high, and bring it back down. Bring it up high, and bring it back down.
Here we go Q. Come on, here we go. Nice. Look at that smile. Look at that smile! Smile like that every day, and I promise great things are going to happen for you every single day.
Let’s pick up the pace a little bit. Nice, good! Take it slow and then you start getting it going again. Good! And down and bring it up, and down.
Now, let’s bring it out here and let’s do some shoulder raises. Arms out front, and down. Bring it up, good. Start now, bring a little bit higher every time you go. Bring up a little bit higher, nice. But keep your knees bent, keep your stomach tight. This loosens and warms up the shoulders because you deserve it. You deserve no stress. You deserve no tension. Let’s do it. Nice.
And easy…good…a little bit smoother. Q’s getting a little crazy. I love it. I love it. Good. Now, let’s alternate. Alternate the arms. One and two, keep it going. Come on Q. Here we go. Three and four.
