Upper Body Exercise – Seated Towel Pull – Bent Over Row
Hey I’m Jake of Body by Jake and I’ve got a great fitness tip for you today.
It’s called the seated towel pull bent over row. Taylor and Nick are going to show us how to do it. We kind of moved in on them because you’re on vacation. Either way, it’s always good to exercise.
Here we go – let’s do it!
Nick’s gonna get down on the ground to help out his wife. Now you’re gonna grab on to the towel. Similar to if you’re in a gym and you have a rope or cords – same way except husband and wife couples pairs.
Here we go!
We’re gonna pull it in and bring it on back out. Watch how beautiful this exercise works! Back is flat, stomach tight, knees have been squeezing that buttisimo.
Well then we’ll work at the arms and back. Look at the partner! Nick is down working the same things, his abs are tight, everyone’s breathing normally, thinking great positive thoughts.
“Remember, stick to the fight when you’re hardest hit. It’s when things seem worst that you must not quit! Don’t quit! Have a great day!”
