Fake Ginger

Top a tostada with guacamole, lettuce, fresh salsa, and crumbled feta or queso fresco for a surprisingly yummy dish.

Ingredients

  • 6 tostada shells
  • 3/4 cup guacamole – homemade or store bought
  • 2 cups shredded lettuce
  • 1/2 cup pico de gallo
  • 1/2 cup queso fresco or feta cheese

Kick up the nutrition by adding other healthful ingredients: fresh tomatoes, jalepeno peppers, black beans, corn – use your imagination!

Directions

  1. Spread 2 tablespoons of guacamole onto each tostada shell.
  2. Top with shredded lettuce, pico de gallo, and queso fresco and your other ingredients
