Hey I’m Jake of Body by Jake and here is your fitness tip of the day.
We are gonna reach for the stars! Well, Kelvin and Amy and you are! I’m gonna watch and show you exactly how to do it.
First and foremost, stretching is so awesome! We’re gonna raise our arms straight in the air, feet shoulder-width apart, stomach nice and tight, keep the old abba dabbas tight, squeeze that buttisimo.
You’re gonna reach with the left arm and then reach for the right arm. We’re gonna go straight up in the middle and just reach all the way.
Relax for a second and we’re gonna reach all the way when you stretch. It feels great, gets the blood flowing, you start feeling energized, you feel ready for the day, you are set to go.
Keep it up Calvin, we got to keep going! Here we go, let’s go that’s the way to do it. Take it at your own pace. Stretch as best as you can and as you’re stretching just keep thinking “reach for those stars!”
