How about working the waist, the sidelines, the obliques.Whatever you want to call the love handles, the flapjacks – we’re gonna get rid of them right now! It’s called the oblique stretch and it’s really simple.
Kelvin and Amy are gonna show us how we do it. Knees bent slightly, feet shoulder-width apart, hands to the side.
We’re gonna resist – I know it’s tough to resist sometimes – but resist on the way up and resist on the way down.
The oblique stretch – nice and easy does it. Focus, toned, tight. Smile – we’re happy! We’re feeling great. Go for 10 reps at your own pace.
