Hey I’m Jake of Body by Jake and here is your fitness tip of the day.
Elizabeth has been shopping and she’s stressed out. We’re gonna do the milk carton shoulder press! I just gotta give it away!
So here’s the way we’re doing it, Elizabeth, our feet are always shoulder-width apart because you want to be nice, feel comfortable.
Stomach nice and tight, squeeze those abba dabbas, squeeze that buttisimo. We got the milk cartons, we’re just gonna press them over our head.
Nice and easy does it. Bring it up and right back down. There you go, bring it up and right back down. You don’t have to go all the way up. Yeah a lot of people think you have to hyperextend your elbow – no need!
Engage the shoulders, relax the neck, oh the traps feel great, and you know what? You’re shaking up the milk carton. The abba dabbas are nice and tight, breathe
normally, take it at your own pace.
Hey, have fun! If you’re having fun, someone else is gonna have fun as well!
“Like we always say, stick to the fight when you’re hardest hit, it’s when things seem worst that you must not quit. That’s right! Don’t quit! Have a great day!”
