Make the most out of time at home with this quick workout. Do with the family to amp up the fun! Do each exercise for 45 seconds, then rest for 15 in between. Do two or three rounds of these exercises to make those muscles burn!

Start off with a nice big stretch to get the body warmed up.

Small Weight Shoulder Press Squat

We’re going to work the shoulders and add the squats to work your lower body.

Bicep Curl

Don’t forget the curls to get those arms toned.

Broomstick Side to Side

Finally, we’re going to work your abdominals.
