Simple Speedy Guac Tostada

Ingredients
- 6 tostada shells
- 3/4 cup guacamole – homemade or store bought
- 2 cups shredded lettuce
- 1/2 cup pico de gallo
- 1/2 cup queso fresco or feta cheese
Kick up the nutrition by adding other healthful ingredients: fresh tomatoes, jalepeno peppers, black beans, corn – use your imagination!
Directions
- Spread 2 tablespoons of guacamole onto each tostada shell.
- Top with shredded lettuce, pico de gallo, and queso fresco and your other ingredients
