Working on your fitness while at the grocery store is a snap! Do these three exercises on every trip and watch your strength increase! You can also use a chair to help you with the lunges. Place a chair with the back toward you your right side, about 2 feet in front of you. Hold on to the back of the chair as a support as you lunge forward.
