I’ve got an exercise just for you, it’s called front punch with a twist! Julia and Freddie, you’re gonna help me out. Feet shoulder width apart, knees are bent slightly.
Now we have light dumbbells, two and a half’s and fives, two cans of Mama’s tomato paste are just fine, or no weights at all! Here we go! Arms up and we’re gonna take the left hand and push and punch and twist!
Ready and go! Twist and back. Beautiful! Nice and easy does it, just like this! Some beautiful music in your head and your mind’s feeling great! Firming and toning!
Look at that, nice and smooth! Stomach nice and tight, squeeze in that buttisimo. Oh good, look – lean, long arms. You’re doing great!
