Hey, I’m Jake of Body by Jake and here is your fitness tip of the day. Don’t be stressed out. I want to see you smile. You didn’t get your workout in. Maybe the workout was too short this morning. Well, I’ve got a simple exercise to work at the back of the arms – the old tri’s. It’s called chair and tri.
Let’s go – let’s chair and tri this Nick! Here we go. I like how that sounds. We’re using a regular office chair. Make sure it’s steady. And you see what Nick has done. He’s bending his knees.
He’s moved forward so he’s able to basically dip down right in front of your chair. Nice and easy does it. Working the old back of the arms – the tri-mens – those triceps.
Stomach nice and tight, breathing normally. Back is flat. Notice how that’s perfect position, perfect form. Nice and easy does it. Start out with a few reps and really build up.
“Like we always say, stick to the fight when you’re hardest hit, it’s when things seem worst that you must not quit. That’s right! Don’t quit! Have a great day!”
