I like working the abs, you like working your abs but you don’t have time. Don’t worry!
Wherever you are, let’s get down and we could do it together. Taylor’s doing it right now! She’s in her work clothes. We’re gonna show you how to do the combo crunch.
Here’s how we do it: combo crunch kick out. How about that?
All right, here’s what’s happening: we’re gonna raise our head slightly, you’re flat, knees are bent, feet flat on the ground, put your hands underneath the buttisimo. We’re gonna raise your head, now we’re gonna bring your legs in and we’re gonna kick them out.
Bring them in so you’re getting a crunch combo here.
What I mean about this is you’re working your upper and lower abs together. What a crunch! My goodness – that’s what I’m talking about
! When you work in the abba dabbas, relax the head. Breathe normally and you’re doing great.
