Hey, I’m Jake of Body by Jake and here is your fitness tip of the day. Wow, you’re sitting in the chair all day long. I hear it all the time. “I’m just sitting. I get tired.” I’ve got something for you!
Aisha and Nick and you – it’s called a chair dip and it’s a really fun exercise. And I promise I won’t sing again. Here we go. Let’s put our hands on the armrests, feet a flat on the ground. We’re just going to press up. Here we go.
Bring it up and bring it back down. Now, as you come up again, come down, don’t let that buttisimo touch the chair. Let’s get a few reps! Stomach nice and tight, flex the old abba dabbas, right.
As you come up, squeeze that buttisimo. There you go. So we’re working our triceps, our arms, our chest, our abs, legs and buttisimo. Breathe normally, smile!
