Hey, I’m Jake of Body by Jake and here is your fitness tip of the day. I’ve got a magnificent exercise if you’re sitting on your chair, at your office, at your house, wherever you are.
If you sit for a long period of time, I have just the solution. It’s called a chair dip with a crunch! Mmmm, tasty! Here we go. Aisha and Nick, let’s do it. We’re going to take our arms, right on the armrest.
We’re going to dip up, right, push up and down. The abs are tight as we’re coming up and down. Squeeze the buttissimo on the way up and down.
Now, we go to a crunch exercise. Arms cross and crunch down. Don’t just crunch down. Breathe out and crunch down. Simple exercise – you could do sitting in your chair. Now we go right back to the dip. And here we go!
Ready, and down and up. Squeeze on the way up. Beautiful! Take it at your own pace. He’s into it. Have fun with it! Working the total body: abs, legs, inner thighs, outer thighs, buttisimo.
