Hey, I’m Jake of Body by Jake and here is your Energizer. It’s called Fired Up. Tommy, Megan – we’re ready to go. I hope you are! Now, this is more of a Pro workout. So hang on everybody, because here we go!
We start with our Jake Run. We’re going to get down on the ground and we’re going to get the cardio going right off the bat. Really important. We always want to warm up before these little three minute exercise routines. Look how perfect his form is – back is flat, back is flat.
We want to get the legs moving, really get the blood flowing. Now we go right into a push-up. We call this Fired Up – we want to get a three-minute Energizer for you. Now, we got the pros working right here – back is flat. Tommy, perfect, man! Stomach nice and tight, squeeze that buttisimo.
If you’re not ready to push up, so if you haven’t done push-ups in a long time, just use your knees as a fulcrum and roll forward. Stomach nice and tight. Breathe normally, take it at your own pace.
You’re working the upper body, abs and arms. It’s perfect. Great job, a couple more. Here we go. Two more times, one more time.And bring it right up. We’re going to grab the weights. You can use two cans of Momma’s tomato paste. If you don’t want to use the weights at all, it’s quite alright.
Let’s do our shoulder press. Shoulder press ow the press now, here we go. Feet shoulder width apart, bring it up and down. Nice, good! Stomach nice and tight.
Always want to make sure you are keeping that butt squeezed as tight as you can. Squeeze that buttisimo. Yeah and smile. Here we go – working the shoulders. This is working the shoulder. Stomach tight. There’s our shoulders. There’s our shoulders.
Let’s do a bicep curl now. Bicep curls – good. We got our shoulders, we have abs, we have a chest, we’re doing our legs – everything! Abs are engaged. Keep it working.
Let’s turn it around for the tricep kick outs. Kick it straight out, working the back of the arms, the triceps. Fire it up.
We want to add some weight and some repetition, add some speed to it. Really great for the cardio. Let’s put them down now. And let’s end with Jake Run. Here we go. Here we go. Right down, Jake Run it! One and two, get down. Really get the cardio going…three and four, five and six, seven. That’s right…eight, nine. And perfect.
That’s the way to do it. That’s firing it up! That was awesome.
