Hey I’m Jake of Body by Jake and here is your fitness tip of the day. We’ve got a beauty for the shoulders and the neck and let’s relieve some stress while we’re doing it.
It’s called upright rows and we’re gonna use the broomstick. So, Julie’s gonna show us how first of all our magic position. Right. There you go, feet shoulder-width apart, knees are bent, squeezing that buttisimo.
Perfect – stomach tight and hands in close. We’re gonna raise the bar up under the chin get a couple of reps without any resistance. Bring it up and down. I love it. That’s a perfect place that you’re doing it Julie.
Now resist on the way up a little bit and resist on the way down to make it a little bit harder for yourself coming up and a little bit harder coming down. Really works the shoulders, relieves the stress in the neck.
I love this exercise! Stomach tight – you’re doing great Julie! And you are! quit! Have a great day!
“Like we always say, stick to the fight when you’re hardest hit, it’s when things seem worst that you must not quit. That’s right! Don’t quit! Have a great day!”
