I want to work the triceps. Julie wants to work her triceps and I know you do too. So we’ve got a great exercise for you.
It’s called the broomstick triceps, behind the head. Here we go tricep extensions. We’re going to bring our broomstick behind our head right?
I’m going to stand back here because I’m going to make believe, I’m going to add some resistance. I want you to resist. I know it’s hard to resist yourself, but we’re going to do it now resist on the way up and resist on the way down.
Elbows close to the head. A great exercise for the back of the arms. Stomach is nice and tight, feet are shoulder width apart. Feet are shoulder width apart.
There you go squeeze that buttisimo. What a beautiful exercise! You see the way Julie’s triceps are working. Yours will be working too.
