It’s the broomstick squat and Julie is going to demonstrate. And here we go Julie! Put the broomstick behind your neck. You need to squeeze the bar a little bit. Stomach is nice and tight, feet are shoulder width apart.
We’re looking great because we are focused and we’re squatting down and as we come up remember we’re going to do this: we’re going to squeeze the buttisimo as you come up, so bring it down, squeeze up.
Breathe normally think unbelievable thoughts. Firm, tone, buttisimos. That’s what we’re talking about today.
