Lower Body Exercise – Broomstick Squat for the Outer Thighs
Hey! I’m Jake of Body by Jake and here is your fitness tip of the day.
Want to work the outer thighs? Oh my goodness gracious, I’ve got a beauty for you it’s called the broomstick squat outer thighs.
Here’s the magic: we’re gonna keep our feet close together. Julie, I’m gonna put the broomstick behind our neck, stomach is nice and tigh. We’re always focused and we’re to bring our feet close together. The closer your feet are together, the more out of fire you get.
We’re gonna squat down, knees behind the top of your shoes. Squat down and as you come up, squeeze the booty.
Come down, and bring it up. Don’t walk the knees out as you’re coming up. Bring it right back down again.
You have to smile – smiling is mandatory for this exercise.
Here we go, nice and easy does it.
Remember you can do this exercise anywhere: at work, in the living room, outside when you’re on vacation.
Do things that are good for you.
“Stick to the fight. When you’re hardest hit, it’s when things seem worst that you must not quit! Don’t quit! Have a great day!”
