Come on, Jayla. Let’s take the broom stick over your head and it’s just a broomstick stretch over the head.
Stomach nice and tight, knees are bent slightly. There you go. You’ve got to put that smile on – very important. Look how great Jayla looks! And we’re just going to stretch it above, and we’ll bring it up and to the other side. We’re going to reach up. There you go.
I love stretching. When you’re stretching, and you feel good man. The blood is flowing, your brain is focused, you’re feeling great. And I promise, great things are happening. Here we go. Keep it going pal. Wait a second – I’m talking and you’ll work it! Nice and easy.
