Hey I’m Jake of Body by Jake and here’s your fitness tip of the day! Bicep curls. I know everyone knows how to do it, you’ve seen it being done. I’m gonna show you the right way.
Freddie and Julia will show you the right way. So here’s what we do! Feet are shoulder width arpart, knees are bent slightly, stomach – the old abba dabbas – nice and tight, squeeze that buttisomo.
We’re gonna bring the weights up, squeezing your hands, and bring it back down. That’s it! Bring it up. Now, you don’t want to bring it all the way up, because you want to make sure the bicep is working the whole time.
So as it’s coming up, we’re bringing it right back down. Bring it up, squeeze your hands, and down. Stomach tight, looking forward. We are strong! Freddie is strong!
I’m telling you right now, he’s strong! You’re an animal! Beautiful – keep going gang! Nice and easy does it. Keep that stomach nice and tight. Squeeze your hands.
