Hey, I’m Jake of Body by Jake and here is your fitness tip of the day. You want to work the back of the arms, really firm and tone them up? Well, Aisha and Michelle, I’m going to show you the perfect exercise: tricep kick outs.
Here we go. We’re going to bend over slightly girls. Right, knees are bent slightly, stomach tight. Now we’re going to use some weights and two cans of Momma’s tomato paste. Whatever you have you can do this exercise.
First thing we’re going to do is, elbows in close. We’re going to kick it out and bring it up. Kick it out and up. Beautiful. We’re breathing normally. Michelle, Ayesha. Ayesha, Michelle. These guys are awesome. You’re doing great. Take it at your own pace. Nice and easy does it. Breathe normally.
Watch the way the old tricep is working beautifully here. That’s the way you do it. Take it at your own pace. Five repetitions, 10 repetitions. Just keep building until you feeling it and you’re doing awesome.
