Hey, I’m Jake of Body by Jake and here is your fitness tip of the day. Oh, my goodness – tight hamstring? I’ve got the solution for you. It’s called the bent over twist, with a little bit of a stick involved.
So here’s how we do it – Jayla’s gonna show us. Bend over slightly –there you go. We’re gonna use a broomstick, and we’re gonna twist to the side And we’re gonna twist it back to the other side.
There you go! Nice and easy does it. You notice – we’re bending our knees. Our back is flat. Back is flat. We’re stretching the hamstrings. Tight hamstrings? Cranky lower back? Take it at your own pace.
Remember, check with a doctor before doing any kind of exercise program. This is a simple one, though. Jayla’s doing it. Everybody can do it! Take it at your own pace, have some fun.
