Dr. P.: Haha, right? Come on. No. No, I hear it. There’s always some food out there that’s getting hammered. Right? One year, it’s bananas and it’s eggs and potatoes are bad, you should never eat a potato.
They’ll make you fat! Bananas are sugar only. Why? Because it’s a fruit. How many calories are in a banana? A hundred – hundred and ten. There’s no fat.
There’s no fat in a banana. It’s a fruit. It’s not a fattening guy.
Unless you eat like 900 of them a day. I’m just saying. I don’t know where to go with this thing who has the question?
Jake: They didn’t know. But you know what though? A lot of people ask that. But this is some of the simple questions that people assume.
They hear, they read and you just said it, right? One day bananas are bad. We just got the answer from Dr. P. I love it. Dr. P, as always. You heard it from the man!
