Hey I’m Jake of Body by Jake and here’s your fitness tip of the day.
Everybody wants to know how to flatten the poochy area. Well, we’ve got just the exercise for you! It’s called the baby run and here’s how we do it.
Taylor, we’re lying on the ground and don’t worry if you don’t have gym clothes.
After work or during work, just to do it where the boss is not watching.
We’re gonna work the old lower abs.
Hands underneath the buttisimo, and we’re gonna bring your legs all the way up, and we’re just gonna do a little baby run right there. No strain on that lower back, keep your head flat. We’re really working the lower abs.
Take it at your own pace, and as you feel a little more strong, each time you can lower your legs just a little bit.
We don’t want to have any stress on that lower back though. Right there, really get the lower abs.
Breathe normally, smile!
