Abdominal and Upper Body Exercise – Around the World with Cabbage
Hey I’m Jake of Body by Jake and here is your fitness tip of the day.
We’re in the produce section, we have our cabbage, Kristen and I, and I’m thinking about not a salad but “around the world with cabbage.”
Hand-eye coordination is really important and here’s a great way to use it.
With your cabbage now, here’s what we’re gonna do, knees are bent slightly, feet are shoulder width apart, and we’re just gonna bring the cabbage around our back, in a circle.
It’s a great hand-eye coordination. A good thought, nice and easy does it. Keep the stomach nice and tight. Look at you Kristen – here we go! Then we could switch all the way around bring it around the other way.
This is really great, a simple exercise. Try it, next time you’re in the produce section and have everybody jump in grab some cabbage, and visit us around the world!
