Upper Body Exercise – Alternating Shoulder Raises with Cans
Hey I’m Jake of Body by Jake and here is your fitness tip of the day, and it’s a beauty!
I’m in the kitchen with Tara and we’re thinking about lots of things, food and shoulders.
I said shoulders because we’re gonna do the alternating shoulder raise. Instead of weights, two cans of Mama’s tomato paste of course. Come on Tara, grab em!
Here we go! Let’s have some fun! Knees are bent slightly, feet are shoulder width apart, keep your body nice and tight, stomach tight, squeezing that buttisimo.
We’re gonna raise your arms and we’re just gonna flutter. A little flutter, just like that.
Definitely not like swimming, because Tara thought it felt like swimming. But it isn’t! But that’s okay!
Take it at your own pace, relax, great once again a really nice stress reliever. You know why? Because you’re doing something you feel good about. When you’re doing something positive, that’s what we’re all about.
“Remember, stick to the fight when you’re hardest hit, it’s when things seem worst that you must not quit. Don’t quit! Have a great day!”
