Upper Body Exercise – Alternating Milk Carton Punch
Hey I’m Jake of Body by Jake and here is your fitness tip of the day.
The alternating milk carton punch. My goodness, that’s what I was thinking about today and so was Elizabeth. She has her milk cartons right there, her feet are shoulder-width apart, knees are bent slightly, stomach tight.
We’re gonna alternate the front punch. There you go now, as you punch out, you bring it right back in. You never want to hyperextend the elbow, so bring it right out and right back in.
There you go, the smile is happening! Stomach is nice and tight. I like the milkshake feel about this whole thing! Here we go. Nice and easy does it, breathe normally.
Hey, you know what? You might get somebody else to do this with you right in the aisle – in the produce aisle, in the milk section.
Jump on in, get everybody in the market doing it!
“Remember, stick to the fight when you’re hardest hit. It’s when things seem worst that you must not quit! Don’t quit! Have a great day!”
