Upper Body Exercise – Alternating Hammer Curls for your Biceps
Hey I’m Jake of Body by Jake and here is your fitness tip of the day.
Oh my goodness gracious, the biceps! Everybody loves them, everybody wants some!
We’re gonna show you how to really firm and tone them. It’s called the alternating hammer curl. It’s hammer time again!
Here we go, Ayesha, Michele, two cans of Mama’s tomato paste, light weights. If you have nothing in your hand you’ll follow me.
Feet are shoulder width apart, knees are bent slightly, we are focused, but we’re smiling. We’re gonna bring them up to the left and down. As the left goes down, right comes up. One, two, beautiful! Keep it going! Smiling!
Nice and easy does it, keep your hands flexed and firm. Good! Ayesha, nice! We’re not sleeping, we’re rocking and rolling. Nice, keep it going! Nice and easy does it, keep the reps coming.
Take it at your own pace, ease into it and remember, have fun!
“Stick to the fight when you’re hardest hit. It’s when things seem worst that you must not quit! Don’t quit on you! Have a great day!”
