Lower Body Exercise – Alternating Calf Raises in the Supermarket
Hey I’m Jake of Body by Jake and here is your fitness tip of the day.
We’re in the supermarket, we’re checking out and we haven’t done our exercises. Let’s do the checkout alternating calf raise. Kristin is going to show us how we do it.
We’re gonna alternate our calf raise. One leg at a time, about six inches away from the counter, we’re gonna wrap our leg around and we’re gonna raise up on the calf. As you’re coming up, you want to squeeze that buttisimo as tight as you can.
Little isometrics work the calves. You’ve checked out, you’re feeling great about yourself because now you’re getting a little workout in and you’re smiling.
Take it at your own pace, ease into it. Switch legs and you’re almost at the cashier.
Thinking great, positive thoughts because today is an awesome day!
