Hey I’m Jake of Body by Jake and here’s your fitness tip of the day.
Let’s work the abs. I love working the old Abba Dabbas. This one we’re gonna call the pro Abba Dabba crunch and I’ll show you why.
We’re not gonna put any hands behind our heads on this one so this is for the pros out there.
Here we go! Taylor’s gonna show us how!
Feet are flat on the ground, knees are bent, hands down, palms are facing each other. We’re gonna reach up to position the shoulders off the ground.
Relax the neck and then press through and pulse through.
You don’t want to go down, you don’t want to go down, you’ll want to stay up, shoulders off the ground the whole time. This is a beauty for the abs, crunching the lower and the upper together. My goodness gracious, it really works!
I could see by Taylor’s smiling face it’s working. Remember to breathe out on the way up, breathe out on the way up. Perefect!
“Stick to the fight when you’re hardest hit. It’s when things seem worst that you must not quit! Don’t quit! Have a great day! Beautiful – keep going, keep going!”
