Abdominal Exercise – Ab Kick-Out for those Lower Belly Muscles
Hey I’m Jake of Body by Jake and here’s your fitness tip of the day.
Let’s work the abs. And you don’t have to be in gym clothes to work your abs! Whether you’re at the office, whether you’re just coming home from work, working the abdominal or any part of your body, you could just jump in and do it!
That’s what we’re all about – having fun and getting things done.
It’s called the Ab Kick Out. Taylor’s gonna show us how.
Lying flat on the ground, knees are bent, feet are flat, now what we’re gonna take our hands put them under the buttisimo. We’re gonna bring our legs in and we’re gonna kick them out. Nice and easy does it.
Remember to breathe out on the way out.
We’re kicking out – don’t go all the way out. It’s a great exercise for the lower abs that old area right here below the tummy area where everybody says “how do I flatten it, Jake?” Here’s how you do it! Take it at your own pace ease into it and just kick them out.
